We need volunteers to serve as judges for posters submitted to the Annual CFAES Research Forum. The research forum poster competition is based on academic level: undergraduate, MS, PhD, postdoctoral, and research scientist. Judges are assigned based on their credentials (i.e. faculty can judge any submissions, postdocs can judge graduate and undergraduate submissions, graduate students can judges undergraduates). Those who are presenting a poster cannot also judge during the same session.
We are especially in need of faculty, staff, and postdoctoral scholars to serve as judges!

Judges must commit to attend in person to provide presentation scores for their assignees. As such, lunch will be provided for all assigned judges as a thank you for your help. If desired, judges will be able to preview their assigned posters online from April 1-5. Judges for the graduate/professional competitions will provide scores using a version of the rubric found online. Undergraduate judges will have a separate form, modified for the competition level. Please note that faculty will not judge posters submitted by their own students.
The awards ceremony and luncheon will be on Thursday, April 10 at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center.
