Program Assessment

Program assessment is fundamental to managing an academic program. Not only is this an important aspect of Ohio State's accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission, it also helps programs to make informed decisions about how to improve graduate student learning.

The CFAES Office of Academic Affairs is available to assist programs in developing and evaluating their assessments. Each graduate program is asked to perform an annual assessment to identify past successes and challenges, as well as future goals. Warren Flood oversees this annual process at CFAES for undergraduate and graduate programs.
