Research Administration for Departmental Staff: Open Science for Research Administrators
Primary tabs
From public access policies to data management and sharing plans to clinical trial registries – the evolving policy landscape of modern research can be overwhelming to navigate. This presentation will provide research administrators with a bird’s eye view of how these requirements fit together as part of a global transition to open science. The presenters from University Libraries will also highlight the resources available to Ohio State researchers and their support teams.

Academic Year 2023
All sessions in autumn AY23 will be held via CarmenZoom. You MUST register in BuckeyeLearn. Zoom links will be sent to registered attendees only the day before each session. (Note that the registration will not close 2 weeks prior to each session like last year.) If you register late and do not receive a link to the session by an hour before the session starts, contact Karla Gengler-Nowak.1, Aimee Nielsen-Link.1, or Jared Port.4.
This event will be presented with automated closed captions. If you wish to request traditional CART services or other accommodations, please contact Karla Gengler-Nowak at gengler-nowak.1@osu.edu or 614-292-8077. Requests made 15 business days prior to the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
Dates, times, and locations below are subject to change – BuckeyeLearn will inform you of any updates.
