Contract Negotiation

Guest speaker Kristy Baker, head of the Office of Business and Industry Contracts, will discuss the contract negotiation process for sponsored programs, focusing on the similarities and differences between federal and industry awards. These awards will be compared with regard to budgeting, timelines, potentials for delay, and performance expectations.
