The Bioinformatics Core provides research support, training, and teaching for the analysis of large-scale omics datasets and computational skills development. Our expertise spans various genomics and transcriptomics applications, including:
- RNA-Seq
- Metabarcoding and shotgun metagenomics
- Genome assembly and annotation
- Population and comparative genomics
We work closely with graduate students and postdoctoral researchers, providing collaborative training and analysis as well as stand-alone data analysis services. Additionally, our include a graduate-level computing skills course, specialized workshops, and a weekly R coding meeting known as Code Club.
